Brewery Description: Sometimes you have to bend the rules to get what you want. We whipped up a triple IPA incorporating mash hopping with Saaz and Cascade. Fermented with a thiolized yeast to increase aromatics, and also help cut back on dry hopping, we went and did the opposite. Dry hopped at more than 10lb per barrel with Cashmere, Citra, and Cashmere, this is a juice bomb! Brewed with our friends at Ore Dock Brewing Co.
